International survey on treatment and guidelines in extreme prematurity

Dear colleagues worldwide,

On behalf of the ESPR Mentoring pair Rosa Geurtzen and Bernard Barzilay, we would like to share their international survey on treatment and guidelines in extreme prematurity. By completing this survey, you might influence future care for these fragile babies and their families. The aim of this survey is to learn about international preferences regarding guidelines and treatment in case of (imminent) extreme prematurity. 

The questionnaire is divided in three parts: 1) background information 2) questions on guidelines and 3) scenarios.
