Management of Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) Survey

You are kindly invited to participate in the PDA survey regarding the management of patent ductus arteriosus in preterm infants born before 28 weeks gestation.

Despite many years of research there is still no consensus regarding the diagnostic criteria for a (haemodynamically significant) PDA nor the optimal management in preterm infants smaller than 28 weeks. The survey aims at gathering information about national and local guidelines to gain insight in the currently used screening programmes, diagnostic criteria and treatment regimens. At the end of the survey you will be asked for your personal opinion on several statements regarding PDA in preterm infants smaller than 28 weeks.

This survey is designed in a collaboration between the Radboudumc Amalia Childrens' Hospital, Nijmegen, The Netherlands (Tim Hundscheid, Willem de Boode), The Rotunda Hospital, Dublin, Ireland (Afif El-Khuffash) and Stead Family Children's Hospital, Iowa, USA (Patrick McNamara).
