As the Nursing Officer of the ESPR Executive Council (since 2023), Agnes is a driving force in strengthening the role of nurses and Allied Health Professionals, founding the ESPR Nursing and Allied Health Professionals Section and ensuring their voice is heard across all ESPR activities. Her commitment to collaboration has made her a true bridge builder between clinical, academic, and multidisciplinary teams. Through her guidance on several ESPR Scientific Committees and her support for early career clinical academic nurses, Agnes has fostered inclusivity, innovation, and excellence within the neonatal community. Her tireless energy, vision, and compassion continue to inspire colleagues and advance the ESPR's mission to improve care for newborns and families across Europe. The ESPR warmly acknowledges Agnes' remarkable influence and her enduring contributions to the society's growth and unity.

The ESPR extends its sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and guidance offered by Professor Sven Wellmann. Serving as ESPR Treasurer from 2014 to 2021, Sven's careful financial management has underpinned the society's stability and expansion. His leadership in steering the ESPR towards self-administration has been pivotal in establishing its autonomy. Furthermore, his unwavering dedication as the founding chair of the European School of Neonatology (since 2022) continues to spearhead progress within Neonatology, equipping medical professionals with the competencies needed to provide effective neonatal care. Sven's steadfast dedication and visionary outlook have been fundamental to the achievements of the ESPR, and we deeply appreciate his indispensable contributions.
