Welcome to ESPR's most recently founded section – the Early Carreer Investigators (ECI)

We are a platform for researchers in their early career enabling them to network across borders and professions. We promote educational and scientific opportunities by joining efforts and collaborating with other ESPR sections.

  • Membership

    Membership is open to ESPR members of all specialties and professions: we cordially invite students, nursing staff, physicians and midwives to apply. Applicants should be below the age of 45 at the time of application as well as within 10 years of their PhD defense or end of specialist training. Exceptions will however be considered on an individual basis.

  • Upcoming meetings of the section

    Participation by interested non-members is welcome and encouraged. Please contact the ESPR Secretariat via office@espr.eu, they will be more than happy to send you meeting infos of the ECI section.

    The next in person meeting will be held during CEPAS 2026 congress.

  • How to engage with us
