Pediatric Research Logo Design Competition
The Editors-in-Chief of Pediatric Research are pleased to announce the launch of their Logo Design Competition! As the journal continues to grow and evolve, they are inviting creative individuals to help shape the future visual identity of Pediatric Research.
The winning design will be prominently featured across the journal's platforms and future merchandise, helping communicate its commitment to excellence in child health research. The selected design will be presented to a professional graphic artist for final refinement.
There will also be a $500 prize for the winning design!
Submissions should reflect the broad scope of the journal. Pediatric Research covers child health from pregnancy through adolescence, publishing work across basic translational research, clinical research, epidemiology, health services research, and quality improvement. Preference will be given to designs that communicate this wide-ranging mission.
Eligibility:
We welcome submissions from:
- Graphic designers
- Pediatric researchers and trainees
- Medical students or residents
- Journal supporters and collaborators
Design Guidelines:
- Must reflect the mission and vision of Pediatric Research
- Should work in both color and grayscale
- Must be scalable for digital and print use
- Must be original and not derived from any copyrighted material
- Include a brief (2–3 sentence) rationale for your design
Submission Instructions:
Send your logo in high-resolution PNG or vector format with your name, institution (if applicable), and rationale to info@pedres.org with the subject line: "Logo Competition Submission."
Deadline: December 31st, 2025
Please note: Upon submission, all logo designs become the property of the International Pediatric Research Foundation, Inc. (IPRF), which holds full rights to the design regardless of outcome. The winning design may be enhanced by a professional designer prior to implementation.
