Survey on Women & Diversity in Pediatrics and Neonatology from the W&D ESPR working group
We invite clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals at all career stages to take part in a short anonymous survey exploring experiences and challenges related to gender and other diversity factors in our field.
Your insights will help identify barriers to leadership and career progression, and guide meaningful change, especially in addressing the underrepresentation of women and other marginalized groups in paediatrics and neonatology.
